How do you track my order?
We use Royal Mail Delivery.
We will be sharing your telephone number and email address with Royal Mail so that you will receive info on how your parcel will be delivered and how, with the chance to arrange alternative delivery options if not at home.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The parcel should arrive within 5 days.
How do I return an item?
According to the Consumer Contracts Regulation, the cancellation period starts in the moment the order is placed and ends 14 days from the day the good is received. There are further 14 days of time from the date you notify SEMPER via email that you would like to cancel your order to return the good.
When SEMPER will receive your notification via this page, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.
According to the Consumer Right Act, the consumer has the statutory right to return something and get the payment back if the good is faulty. SEMPER will refund the payment within 30 days from receiving the faulty item.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do not send parcels worldwide.
At the moment the service is restricted to UK only.
How do you ensure low impact on Environment?
We took our time to select the right suppliers basing our decisions on the the sustainability of their processes and materials:
The box is custom made in UK by an eco-friendly packaging business which uses 90% of recycled, recyclable or compostable materials. The supplier also donates 10% of their profits to help startups grow.
The padded mailer envelope we chose is a special recyclable 100% plastic free mailer.
The wrapping paper is FSC certified paper that is crafted with post consumer fibers, compostable. Every time SEMPER makes an order to Noissue, the supplier plants a tree for us and for all future generations.
